Why is my TextExpander not working?

I'm so sad, this textexpander is not working. Can anyone help me? I really need advice on what to do.

Umm. I'm so sorry to hear that. But this website is very helpful! Maybe you can check whether the Expand abbreviations are in the TextExpander Expansion preferences. Then, click the Expander icon in the system tray and make sure that the second item says Disable Expansion instead of Enable Expansion. Now, you can check whether the status is disabled or not.
